A Day in the Life of Man and Van Battersea

As we know that many of you out there spend many hours of every day wondering how it is we get so many jobs done in such an efficient and time-effective way. In order to solve this ‘mystery’ for you all, we thought we’d give you an insight into a day in the life of Gary, one of our valued and trusted Man and Van Battersea employees. We hope this sheds some light for you!9am: Into the office to collect the job sheet for the first move. Gary is briefed by Matthew, our logistics manager, on specifics, such as the limited parking hours at the location of the move, so the job needs to be done as quickly as possible.
11:34am: Job done, with a little help from the client’s brother and uncle. It’s back to the office for Gary, to hand over the cheque for the job to Matthew, and to give feedback or report anything unusual on the job. Today, everything was good, and the small move went smoothly.
1pm: After some lunch, it’s time to get off again, to collect some electrical equipment that Gary will be driving to Bristol tonight, and then coming back tomorrow morning once he’s had a good rest. There’s no stopping this man!
If you’d like to get in touch with Gary, or indeed any of our trusty movers, or even have them come and take your stuff from A to B, just give us a call at Man and Van Battersea, and we’ll happily help you make it happen.
